Obsidra Labs ("we", "us") runs obsidralabs.com. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site (the contact form or the Obsidra Ledger waitlist), we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, business name and message.
- Basic visit statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
- To email you about Obsidra Ledger if you joined the waitlist. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and understand how it's used.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run this site.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) is where we receive and store emails.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
Client projects
When we build automations for a client, the work lives in the client's own Google account. We only access what you share with us for the project, and we stop using that access when the project ends or when you remove it.
Obsidra Ledger
The offline version of Obsidra Ledger stores your financial data on your own computer; we never see it. Online features, when they launch, will come with their own privacy details before you sign up.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and waitlist emails only as long as they're useful for replying to you or telling you about Obsidra Ledger. Ask us anytime and we'll delete them.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to get off the waitlist.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
